GenioPrep provides digital services only. No physical product is sold, shipped, couriered, or delivered by post. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Use.
2. Delivery Methods
GenioPrep services may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
- Interview link or dashboard access on the website.
- Email containing a secure interview link or access instructions.
- AI voice or audio interview page.
- AI-generated feedback page or downloadable report.
- Other digital delivery methods added by GenioPrep in the future.
3. Delivery Timeline
For free mock interview requests, access may be provided after you submit the required details such as name, email, target role, resume, and job description.
For paid services, GenioPrep will generally provide the interview link, access instructions, or delivery confirmation after successful payment. In most cases, access is delivered within a few minutes to a few hours. In cases involving technical checks or processing delays, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you have not received access within 24 hours of payment, contact support@thegenioprep.com with your payment details.
4. Interview Link Validity
Interview links may have a limited validity period and a limited number of attempts. The validity period and attempt limits may be shown on the interview page, email, or payment confirmation. Do not share interview links with others. Sharing a link can consume attempts or credits and may make replacement or refund unavailable.
5. Device and Connection Requirements
To use GenioPrep services, you may need:
- A stable internet connection.
- A supported browser (current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari).
- Microphone access for voice or audio interviews.
- A reasonably quiet environment for the best interview experience.
- A valid email address to receive links and support messages.
6. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If a paid interview link or service access is not delivered as expected, contact support@thegenioprep.com from the email address used at checkout and include your payment reference. GenioPrep may provide a replacement link, retry, restored credit, or refund as described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
7. No Shipping Charges
Because GenioPrep provides digital services only, there are no physical shipping charges. Any applicable service charges, taxes, or payment gateway fees will be shown before payment where applicable.
