8. No Job Guarantee
GenioPrep does not guarantee job offers, interview selections, hiring outcomes, salary outcomes, or improvement in interview performance. The service is intended to support preparation and practice only.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Upload false, illegal, harmful, misleading, confidential, or unauthorized content.
- Upload information you do not have permission to share.
- Share secure interview links with others.
- Misuse, copy, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with GenioPrep systems.
- Use GenioPrep for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
10. Resume and Job Description Uploads
You are responsible for reviewing the information you upload or paste. Avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive personal information that is not required for interview preparation.
11. Technical Requirements and Availability
GenioPrep's services may require internet access, supported browsers, microphone permissions, compatible devices, and third-party services. GenioPrep may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, provider issues, outages, or technical problems.
12. Intellectual Property
The GenioPrep website, branding, page content, service materials, prompts, formats, and product experience belong to GenioPrep or its owners. You retain ownership of your resume, job description, and personal information.
